In Part 1 of this series, we created a customer chatbot using Manychat.
Step 2 is where we copy our chatbot code. Afterward, we will place this code onto our website in Step 3.
Head back into Manychat. Choose Growth Tools and then double click on the Customer Chat Bot that you created in the previous step.
Click on Setup then choose the Install Javascript Snippet.
Under A – Authorize Website enter the URL of your website. Use only the name.com, not https:// or www.
Click on B – Install Manychat Snippet. Click on “Copy Code to Clipboard” to copy the Manychat code.
Now head over to your website to install the code. Step 3 Coming Soon!
